AMP House (Serviced Offices)

Description: Amp House Services Ofces offers 60 self contained ofce suites for 1-30 people. Housed across three oors of an iconic 11 storey building.

Issue 1: Client was concerned about lack of communication with cleaners and cleaning company itself! Our solution: • We only provide cleaners that meet our ‘3 step’ criteria – i.e – they must have worked for the same client for at least 3 years minimum, they must live no more than 30 minutes travel time from the site and they must be able to communicate with the client/ ofce workers and build a relationship if they are going to be cleaning there and seeing them everyday!

Brook Court

Description: Brook Court is a 4 oor building offering ofce suites for rent for 1-130 people plus

Issue 1: Client was concerned about potential Covid-19 outbreak!

Our solution:

• Regular fogging and Sanigone! - (self releasing cans for

‘back to work’ deep cleans, containing sanitiser and

disinfectant that eliminates 99.99% of all enveloped

Coronaviruses, certi­ed to BS EN14476, EN1276, EN1650)

Ashgrove School

Description: Ashgrove Primary School is a three floor building, that also includes a second three floor building at the back of its grounds.
 

Issue 1: Ashgrove struggled with previous cleaning company keeping to hours agreed in contract.

Solution: We rolled out our Mobohubb app and ensured our cleaners 'sign in' by scanning QR codes with the app on their phones (this then sent instant alerts to the client via email to update them what times the cleaners arrived and finished! 

Victory Place, Limehouse, London

Victory Place is based in Limehouse, E14 8BJ in London, it is an eleven block, gated, residential estate (each block 6-12 floors).

Issue 1: Victory Place had an issue with the standards of their previous cleaning company aswell as the reliability.

Solution: At SPMS Ltd we pride ourselves on sourcing and training cleaners from the local area - we have successfully supplied two cleaners that live less than 15 minutes from this site. We also trained our two cleaners for this site for a total of 4 weeks before they started.
